Tushar Shelar

Tushar Shelar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology and software engineering. Starting in 1996, Tushar worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Netwok Digitech, where they designed and developed applications using Microsoft tool sets. Tushar then joined ONE Community, Inc. in 2000 as a Programmer Analyst, where they designed and developed applications using Microsoft tool sets for various clients. In 2002, Tushar joined The Integra Group, Inc. as a Programmer Analyst, working on projects for clients such as Commerce Bank, Bellco Credit Union, Government E-Management Solutions, and Memco Barge Lines. In 2004, they briefly worked at Steady Rain as a Sr. Programmer Analyst for Deaconess College of Nursing. Following this, Tushar worked at Forest Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 2004 to 2014, initially as a Programmer Analyst and then as Manager Solution Delivery. In this role, they led solution delivery teams, provided technical direction, and managed staff. Tushar then joined Actavis plc in 2014 as Manager - IT Transformation, where they played a significant role in mergers and acquisitions from a technology and business process standpoint. Tushar rationalized applications in HR, Finance, and Supply Chain areas and streamlined applications with overlapping functionality. Tushar also gained experience as a Program Manager (Contractor) at Allergan in 2015, before becoming a Chief Information Officer at Murphy Company Mechanical Contractors & Engineers in 2016.

Tushar Shelar has a strong educational background in various fields.
