Tammy Evans

Tammy Evans has extensive experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Currently serving as a Closing Coordinator and in Administration at Murphy Homes Alabama since November 2023, Tammy previously worked at Woodland Homes of Huntsville, Inc. from May 2011 to July 2023 as the Lead Closing Coordinator and Front Office Manager. Additionally, Tammy held the role of Closing Coordinator at Exit Realty North during its startup phase in 2015. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Mortgage Loan Closer at Bank of America in early 2011 and a lengthy tenure at Redstone Federal Credit from 1989 to 2011, where various roles were held including Mortgage Officer and Mortgage Processor.
