Quinton Hitchcock

Quinton joined Murphy Nasica & Associates after nearly four years with the Republican National Committee. Throughout his time with the RNC, Quinton held multiple roles including Deputy Director of Political Training and State Director of Texas.

In his most recent role as State Director, Quinton managed and led the ground game operation throughout the entire state which turned out to be the largest investment the RNC has ever made in Texas. Quinton’s 30+ person team was responsible for over 5 million voter contact attempts during the 2022 cycle and was heavily involved in many key races in Texas such as Governor Abbott, Rep. Monica De La Cruz, Rep. Mayra Flores, Rep. Tony Gonzales, and others.

Prior to being the Texas State Director, Quinton was one of the political trainers at the RNC during the 2020 cycle where he was responsible for the training and development of field staff in all target states throughout the country. In the 2018 cycle, he worked in Las Vegas for the Republican Party of Nevada. He is a Las Vegas native and currently resides in Austin, Texas.
