Michelle Mortimore

Michelle Mortimore is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in global payroll, HRIS, compensation, and talent development. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Murphy Oil Corporation since August 2018, Michelle oversees Global Payroll, HRIS, and Compensation teams. Previous roles include Supervisor of Talent Development at FieldCore, where Michelle partnered with business leaders to enhance field performance, and Global Field Performance Manager overseeing competency assurance.
