Sonya Thompson ACS CCP has extensive experience in the food retail industry, currently serving as the Lead Murray’s Cheese Specialist at Murray's Cheese since November 2019. In this role, Sonya oversees the cheese department's operations, ensuring product education and exceptional customer service. Previously, Sonya held various positions at Kroger from July 2011 to November 2019, starting as a Floral Clerk and advancing to Cheese Master, where responsibilities included managing inventory and scheduling, followed by serving as E-commerce Supervisor. Sonya has demonstrated strong leadership, operational management, and customer engagement throughout the career.
