Elliot Blackman

Elliot Blackman, FACHE, FACMPE, is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for MUSC Physicians since March 2023. Prior to this role, Elliot was the Specialty Care Director at Nebraska Medicine, overseeing a $76 million ambulatory surgical specialty healthcare program and developing growth strategies. Elliot also held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Offutt AFB Clinic, managing a $169 million ambulatory healthcare program with extensive responsibilities, including staff development and organizational compliance. Elliot's earlier roles include Chief Information Officer for the United States Air Force, with significant responsibilities in IT management, as well as a position at Langley Air Force Base. Elliot earned a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Park University.
