Celen Duran

Celen Duran is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in learning and development. Currently serving as Human Resources Coordinator at Musco Lighting since July 2018, Celen has also held roles as a Learning & Development Specialist at HNI Corporation and West Liberty Foods, alongside various positions in human resources and training. Celen's career began at Ascentra Credit Union and Central State Bank as a Customer Representative, as well as a Bilingual Tax Professional at H&R Block. Celen holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.
