Diana Davolt

Diana Davolt has a diverse work experience in human resources. Diana started their career in 2001 at Rubbermaid Home Products as a Human Resources Representative and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Musco Lighting, where they held various roles, including Human Resources Manager from April 2006 to December 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at Musco Lighting, a position they started in January 2021.

Diana Davolt began their education at Illinois State University in 1990, where they studied Animal Sciences. After completing their studies there in 1992, they transferred to the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Animal Sciences. Alongside their academic qualifications, Diana also obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2002, they earned the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Later, in 2015, they obtained the SHRM--CP certification from SHRM.
