Wil Bauer

Wil Bauer has over a decade of experience in project management and electrical systems. As a Project Manager at Musco Lighting since January 2010, Wil leads the design and installation of developmental projects. Previously, Wil served as a System Designer at HOA Solutions, Inc., focusing on hydro system controls integration from February 2015 to February 2017. Early career roles included Electrical Technician at William Penn University, where Wil handled the installation of various electrical equipment, and an Apprentice position at Bishop Electric, gaining experience in both commercial and residential electrical work. Wil holds dual degrees in Industrial Technology with a focus on Business Management and Business Administration from William Penn University, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
