James Pearson

Currently serving as Head of FX at LSEG Markets and as CEO of ForexClear, James is instrumental in transforming the FX ecosystem through partnership with market participants. With a notable history that includes roles as Global Head of FX & EM Trading at NatWest Markets and similar positions at Nomura and Lehman Brothers, James has consistently driven significant revenue growth and innovation within financial institutions. In addition to their corporate endeavors, James dedicates time as a Patron for both Muscular Dystrophy UK and Mansfield College, Oxford, and serves as an advisor and investor in various creative ventures, including Bloody Drinks and Cloudbreak Spirits Limited.
