Rachel Ripps

Rachel Ripps is an experienced development professional with a background in arts and nonprofit management. Currently serving as a Development Officer at the Museum of Life and Science since 2022, Rachel has previously held the role of Associate Director of Development at the McLean Project for the Arts from 2018 to 2022. Additional experience includes roles at The Phillips Collection as a Development and Special Events Intern, marketing and communications manager at McLean Project for the Arts, admissions associate at the American Hebrew Academy, and internships at the Jewish Historical Society of Greater Washington, National Geographic, and the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Rachel Ripps holds a Master of Arts in Museum Studies and Non-Profit Management from The George Washington University and dual degrees in Business Administration and History from American University.
