Raffaela Pozzi

Raffaela Pozzi has extensive experience in hospitality and sales, currently serving as the Assistant Head of Hospitality (Sales & Marketing) at the London Museum since July 2012. Previously, Raffaela held various roles at IET London: Savoy Place from December 2007 to August 2012, including Sales and Event Executive and Sales and Event Coordinator. Raffaela began their career as a Front Office Receptionist at Kingsway Hall Hotel in 2007. Raffaela holds a degree in Science of Communication and Technology with a focus on Tourism from Universita' IULM Milano, earned between 2001 and 2004.
