Steve Brady

Steve Brady has an extensive career at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, beginning in 1996 and progressing through various leadership roles. Currently serving as Operations Manager since February 2009, Steve oversees a multi-disciplinary Curatorial and Research team comprising 33 direct reports across two sites. Previous roles include Group Manager of Visitor Services, where leadership of a team focused on seamless customer service delivery was essential, and Acting Group Manager of the Learning Centre, responsible for education and events management over a 22-month period. Prior to these, Steve held positions as Manager of Customer Services and Acting Operations Manager, managing customer service teams and front of house operations.
