David Toney is an experienced project manager currently overseeing project management systems at the Museum of the Bible since October 2017, focusing on initiatives that enhance revenue and attendance. Toney holds a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Speech Communication from Houston Christian University.
