Lauren Fleming

Lauren Fleming has over 15 years of work experience in the food industry. Lauren began their career in 2006 as a Nutritionist at Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center. Lauren then moved to Intertek as a Program Manager, Food Services Manager, North America, and Business Development Director, Food Services North America. In 2011, they joined General Mills as a Quality Engineer. In 2013, they became the VP Food Services at Tentamus Group GmbH. In 2017, they started at RXBAR as the Director of Quality and then the VP of Quality. In 2021, they joined both MUSH and Your Super as the VP of Quality.

Lauren Fleming attended Michigan State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics.
