Racquel Lamicela

Racquel LaMicela is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mushroom Group since October 2023. Previously, Racquel held various roles at Village Roadshow, including People and Culture Business Partner and People Advisor for Village Entertainment, from January 2022 to October 2023. Racquel's experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Advisor for NIKE and Samsung and as a Human Resources Coordinator at Retail Prodigy Group from June 2020 to January 2022. Additionally, Racquel worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Bardot Pty Ltd from October 2018 to June 2020 and began a career in human resources as a Customer Service/Human Resources Assistant at LaManna Supermarket from September 2011 to October 2018. Racquel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from La Trobe University between 2014 and 2017.
