Molly Irelan

Molly Irelan is a seasoned costume designer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, currently serving as the Costume Designer at the Music Academy of the West since June 2017. Previous roles include Curator Exhibition at The Paley Center for Media and Assistant Costume Designer at Scott Free. Additional experience encompasses positions as an Archive Assistant at Blue Rider Design LLC, Apprentice at Penman Hat Co., and Apparel Design Tutor at The Art Institute of Portland. Molly's volunteer work includes costuming for theatrical productions and acting as a Teacher’s Assistant at the University of Redlands. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Costume Design from UCLA, an Associate of Arts in Apparel Design from The Art Institutes, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Redlands. Specialization includes draping, pattern making, construction, illustration, and proficiency in Adobe Suite.
