Andrew J Pepper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in restructuring, turnaround management, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Head of Restructuring and Turnaround and a Partner at RESOLVE since September 2022, Andrew has also co-founded Elektricmind.com, a London-based marketing agency, in February 2022. Andrew serves on various advisory boards, including Australian Bodycare UK Ltd, Music Gateway Ltd, Graffiti Design International, W L West & Sons Ltd, Muscle Car UK, and Driven UK, providing valuable insights and support. Additionally, Andrew held leadership roles within the Turnaround Management Association (TMA UK), including President and Global Board Trustee. Andrew's academic background includes a BA (Econ) Hons in Accounting and Business Finance from The University of Manchester.
