Miles McConnell

Miles McConnell is a highly experienced musician and educator with a focus on classical guitar. Currently serving as a Signature Artist and Digital Sheet Music Specialist at Musicnotes since December 2017, Miles is also a freelance musician since August 2001. Recent roles include Producer for Ulster Touring Opera, Events Assistant at Walled City Music, and Classical Guitar Tutor at Queen's University Belfast. Previous teaching positions include Adjunct Instructor of Music at Clarke University and Loras College, and Guitar Instructor at Monroe Street Arts Center. Miles holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Music from the University of North Texas, along with a Bachelor of Music from Florida Southern College. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Arts Management and Cultural Policy at Queen's University Belfast, Miles combines practical experience with academic expertise in music performance and education.
