Kathy Wilson

Kathy Wilson has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and volunteer services. Kathy has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career. Starting in 2001, Kathy worked as an HR Assistant at Genuine Parts Company, where they provided support in recruitment and worked closely with hiring managers. In 2008, they joined Emerson Climate Technologies as a Human Resources Generalist and later became an HR Supervisor, gaining experience in overseeing HR operations. Since 2015, Kathy has been with MUST Ministries, initially as a Senior Director of Human Resources and later transitioning into the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Volunteer Services.
