Ash Kollar has a diverse background in the food industry, with experience ranging from being a cook and customer service representative at Ely's To Go to managing the front of house at Cleveland Vegan. With a degree in Philosophy from Muskingum University, Ash currently works at Mustard Seed Market & Cafe, overseeing the deli, salad bar, and juice bar. Prior to this role, Ash has also worked as a barista at Port City Java and as a head cook at Beet Jar.
