Ridwan Sidik Nugroho

Ridwan Sidik Nugroho is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in maintenance management and utility operations. Currently serving as the Engineering & Maintenance Manager at PT Mustika Ratu Tbk since August 2015, Ridwan oversees maintenance activities and engineering projects. Prior roles include Engineering Specialist at SUNTORY GARUDA, where maintenance systems and spare part planning for beverage plants were managed; Utility Head at PT Heinz ABC Indonesia, focusing on energy consumption and utility machinery conditions; Utility Engineer at Dian Swastatika Sentosa, responsible for the operation and maintenance of a Co-generation Plant; and Mechanical Engineer at Lembaga Kerjasama Fakultas Teknik (LKFT) UGM, developing work instructions and Reliability Centered Maintenance for various projects. Ridwan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained in 2005.
