Vicki Sidor

Vicki Sidor is currently the VP of Sales & Channel at Mutare. Vicki has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management. Vicki started their career as a Senior Systems Consultant at InHealth Systems and Services in February 1998. Vicki was quickly promoted to Lead Sales Manager in December 2008 and then to Director, Practice Sales in April 2018.

At West - TeleVox Solutions, Vicki was responsible for facilitating growth within their peer group and advising the VP of Sales on new initiatives and strategies. Vicki also selected, onboarded, trained, and coached a team of 12 Sales Executives in the Eastern United States. Vicki's coaching philosophy includes leadership through sales example, co-selling, and sales observation. Vicki is a highly focused coach, providing specific and written feedback on accountability and growth opportunity, while recognizing and celebrating specific success. In 2017, Vicki was named Sales Manager of the Year and recipient of the President's Club Award.

Vicki Sidor earned their Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Kentucky University.

Vicki Sidor reports to Sean Blair, President. They work with David Porwancher - Chief Financial Officer, Roger Northrop - Chief Technology Officer, and Brian Mcdonald - Director of Product Development.
