Henry Martz

Henry Martz has extensive experience in finance and business operations. Currently serving in a Finance & BizOps role at Mutiny since October 2021, Henry previously held the position of Head of Finance & BizOps at Truework from August 2020 to November 2021. Prior to that, Henry worked at Gusto as a Strategic Finance partner to the COO, leading a finance team that supported various organizational leaders from June 2015 to February 2020. Henry's career also includes strategic finance roles at Project Frog and Duff & Phelps, where Henry progressed from Analyst to Vice President from May 2011 to June 2014. Earlier experience includes a position at Bold Group Inc as an Associate and a tenure at Deloitte. Additionally, Henry contributed to academia as a Teacher's Assistant in Financial Statement Analysis at UC Santa Barbara, where responsibilities included developing study materials and lesson plans. Henry holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, awarded in 2008.
