Joseph Pred

Joseph Pred, CEM, NEMAA, serves as the General Manager and Emergency Management Consultant for Mutual Aid Response Services Inc since January 2009 and has been a keynote and conference presenter since April 2011. Notable speaking engagements include presentations at the Tactical Awareness Summit, Flycon, FestForums, South By Southwest, and Canadian Music Week, focusing on emergency preparedness and management for large-scale events. Joseph Pred has also been a Subject Matter Expert for the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, co-founded Event Safety Operations LLC, and held leadership roles within the Burning Man Project. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Management from the University of Phoenix and various degrees from College of the Redwoods and Uppsala University.
