Magali Damiani

Magali DAMIANI has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Directrice des ressources humaines at Mutual Logistics since September 2019, where responsibilities include managing HR operations and overseeing workforce planning. Prior to this role, Magali held the position of Responsable RH DGR Arc Méditerranéen at Bouygues Immobilier from 2011 to January 2019, managing HR for multiple sites and leading initiatives in recruitment, training, and social relations. Earlier experience includes serving as Chargée de développement RH at Alfa Laval, focusing on recruitment, training management, and project oversight, as well as an initial role as Chargée de missions RH (alternance) at Schneider Electric. Magali holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from IAE Grenoble.
