Niki Manby

Niki Manby serves as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Mutual of Omaha since 2019. Previously, Niki held the position of Chief Innovation Officer at IDEO.org from 2011 to 2021 and was the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director at Citi Ventures between 2015 and 2018. Niki's extensive experience at Visa Inc. from 2001 to 2014 includes roles such as Head of Emerging Products and Innovation for the Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Middle East & Africa regions, and Senior Vice President of Product Innovation. Earlier career experience includes a managerial role at Mitchell Madison Group from 1999 to 2001. Niki holds degrees from UCLA and the Yale School of Management.
