Philippa Marshall

Philippa Marshall currently serves as the General Counsel at Mutual Trust Pty Ltd. Prior to this, Philippa held positions as a Partner at Logie-Smith Lanyon Lawyers and Equipsuper Pty Ltd, where Philippa served as the Group General Counsel & Company Secretary. With a background in law, Philippa has held various legal, risk, and compliance-related roles at companies such as McArthurCook Ltd, VicTrack, and Permanent Trustee Company. Philippa is a graduate of the University of Melbourne, where Philippa obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree. In addition, Philippa has furthered their education with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from FINSIA and is currently enrolled in a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
