David W. Heeter

President and Chief Executive Officer of MutualFirst Financial, Inc. (the "Company") and Chief Executive Officer of Mutual Bank (the "Bank") since 2003. In 2002, he became the Executive Vice President of Company and the Bank. From 2001 to 2002, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Prior to 2001, he served as Vice President of Human Resources, Marketing and Administration of the Bank. He started with the Bank in 1986.
