Melissa Shepherd

Melissa Shepherd has over 18 years of work experience in various leadership and HR roles. Melissa began their career at Accenture as a Management Consultant specializing in people and organization transformation in the financial services sector. Melissa then joined Barclaycard as an Interim Senior Leadership, Learning, and Talent Manager, and later took on roles as an Interim Senior HR Manager and Interim Organization Development Lead. Melissa also worked at Capco as an Interim Senior HR Programme Manager and at the Honourable Artillery Company as a Trustee. Additionally, Melissa held several positions at HSBC, including Global Head of Learning for HSBC Operations, Services, and Technology, Global Talent Lead for the Risk Function, and Senior Change and HR Programme Manager. Prior to their current role as People and Change Lead at Muuto Consulting, they worked at TORI Global as a People and Culture Lead.

Melissa Shepherd received their Bachelor's degree in International Relations, MA Hons from the University of St Andrews, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
