Next since October 2017, where significant growth has been achieved, including the development of a 100+ employee team and nearly 10 million euros in sales revenue. Ellermann's strategic leadership has led to multiple successful acquisitions and notable industry recognition, including prestigious awards for Contact Center AI. Previous experience includes roles as Geschäftsführer at Future of Voice, Advisory Board Member at Parloa, and Head of Digitalization at Talanx Systeme AG, among others.
