Jacqueline Throop-Robinson

Jacqueline Throop-Robinson is a seasoned professional in employee engagement and leadership development, currently serving as the Founder of Spark'd Engagement since September 2015, where the focus is on measuring employee sentiments through unique surveys. In addition, Jacqueline holds the position of Head of Engagement at muuvment and has a notable history with the BHRA Bermuda Human Resources Association as a speaker from 2010 to 2017. Prior roles include serving as CEO at Breakthrough Learning, where leadership engagement strategies were developed, and at PassionWorks Inc., focusing on global research and knowledge sharing about workplace passion. Jacqueline has also facilitated for the Think on Your Feet NETWORK and gained early management experience at Canada Post Corporation, overseeing the training of a vast retail workforce.
