Michelle Seymour Smith

Michelle Seymour Smith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and financial management across the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Prismic Life and Conduit Re, and as Advisory Board Chair at Muuvment, Michelle has previously held significant roles including Chief Transformation Officer at Arch Capital Group Ltd. and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Arch Reinsurance Ltd. Experience also includes Vice President of Financial Reporting & Controls at XL Catlin and Assistant Controller at Zurich Global Energy Limited. Michelle has a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School, INSEAD, and participation in the International Women’s Forum Leadership Foundation Fellowship Program.
