Lauren Guite

Lauren Guite is the Revenue Operations Manager at Mux. Lauren has over eight years of experience in education, sales operations, and account management.

Lauren started their career as a Teaching Assistant Principal at CUSD. Lauren then became an Intern to the Executive Vice President at EdVestors. After that, they were a Reimagine Learning Fund Intern at New Profit.

In August 2017, Lauren became a Senior Account Manager and Operations Specialist at Freckle Education (formerly Front Row). Lauren developed a comprehensive guide of Account Management processes and practices, built out Salesforce dashboards and reporting, and overhauled the prioritization process for Salesforce feature requests. Lauren exceeded monthly Account Management targets related to product utilization, expansion revenue, and referral generation.

In April 2019, Lauren became the Customer Sales Operations Lead at Landed. Lauren was responsible for managing customer sales operations and leading a team of account managers.

Lauren is currently the Revenue Operations Manager at Mux. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue operations, including billing, collections, revenue recognition, and commission payouts.

Lauren Guite has a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a CORe credential from Harvard Business School Online, and a Master's degree from UC Irvine. Lauren also has a Bachelor's degree from University of California, Los Angeles, and a certification from AcademyX in Excel Lookups, Functions, and Macros.
