Megan Bornemann

Megan Bornemann, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Muza Sheet Metal Co., LLC since April 2023. Prior to this role, Megan was employed at Encapsys from January 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included partnering with production plant management on strategic initiatives, performance management, and overseeing the recruiting process. Megan has held various positions within human resources, including Human Resources Generalist III, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Intern, and gained further experience as an Economics Tutor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Additionally, Megan completed internships at U.S. Venture, Inc. and Elkay Manufacturing, focusing on HR operations and supply chain analysis, respectively. Megan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
