James Lucas is an experienced crude marketer with a strong background in the oil and gas sector. Currently, James serves as the Crude Marketer at MV Purchasing, LLC, focusing on purchasing lease crude in the Bakken region since December 2023. Prior to this role, James worked at ARB Midstream in the same capacity from December 2019 to December 2023. James's extensive experience includes a role as Advanced Trader/Lease Buyer at Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed managing lease crude purchases for the Rocky Mountain region. James's career also includes positions at Andeavor and Tesoro Corporation, where levels of responsibility ranged from purchasing lease crude to scheduling crude deliveries and managing commercial forecasts.
