Rebecca Chartan

Rebecca Chartan is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, employment law, and compliance. Currently serving as the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at MV Transportation since May 2018, Rebecca has held various senior roles in legal counsel, focusing on litigation and compliance. Prior experience includes positions at Tuesday Morning and Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons L.L.P., where responsibilities encompassed defending employers in employment law matters and providing litigation support. Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Bronx District Attorney's Office, handling numerous misdemeanor and felony cases. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin.
