Ian McGovern

Ian McGovern currently serves as the Group Integration Officer at SYSTRA Ltd, where responsibilities include driving the integration and transformation of acquisitions to enhance value, operational synergies, growth, and profitability. In addition to this role, Ian holds board membership at SYSTRA MVA for Hong Kong and China and leads MVA, a consultancy with extensive operations across various Asia-Pacific countries. Ian's experience includes serving as Vice President for CDM Smith in South East Asia, where management of projects and P&L responsibilities were key, and previous roles at The Louis Berger Group included project management and oversight on major infrastructure projects.
