Juan Costantini (He/His)

Juan Costantini has a diverse and extensive work experience. Juan currently holds the position of Chief Legal Officer for MVB Fintech at MVB Bank. Prior to this, they served as the SVP of Legal and Lead Fintech Counsel at the same company. Before joining MVB Bank, Juan worked as the General Counsel at Vesta Corporation, where they provided strategic legal advice and handled regulatory matters for the company's U.S. and international operations. Juan also gained experience as a Corporate Law Attorney at Kivel & Howard LLP, where they focused on business law, real property, and commercial contracts. Earlier in their career, Juan served as a Contract Counsel at EPI-USE Labs, specializing in legal translation, contracts drafting, and policy compliance. Juan also worked as a Partner at a private law firm, specializing in international law, project finance, and import-export transactions. Furthermore, Juan has experience in academia as a Professor of Law at Universidad Nacional de Rosario. Juan began their career as a Legal Affairs and Political Relations Attaché at the Embassy of Panama in South Africa.

Juan Costantini completed their education at Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree in Law from 2004 to 2009.
