Ruben Caraballo

Ruben Caraballo is an experienced program manager at MVM, Inc., a position held since January 2007. Prior to this role, Ruben served as Warden at the Puerto Rico Department of Corrections from 1995 to 2006 and at CCA Puerto Rico from 1990 to 1995, overseeing adult correctional facilities. Education credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Police Science from CUNY Bronx Community College and certificate programs in law enforcement and weapons from Monterey Peninsula College.
