David Bounds

David Bounds, MHA, currently serves as Project Manager for Accreditation and Quality Regulatory Compliance at MVP Health Care, overseeing NCQA Physician Hospital Quality certification projects and successfully managing multiple Health Plan Accreditations. Previously, David was the Practice Manager at Albany Medical Center, where responsibilities included managing a multi-specialty physician office and leading the achievement of NCQA level 3 certification. David holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Russell Sage College and a Bachelor of Science in Advanced Cardio Respiratory Sciences from the State University of New York Upstate Medical University.
