Sarah C. serves as the Pharmacy Program Manager at MVP Health Care since August 2016, focusing on formulary and program management across various lines of business including Commercial, Exchange, and Medicaid. Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, member and provider communications, clinical policy development, and membership in the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Clinical Pharmacist for Xerox from January 2015 to July 2016, managing Pharmacy Benefit Management for the NYS Medicaid program and supporting clinical operations.
