As the “P” in MVP, founder, and Chief Operating Officer, Michele focuses on maintaining and implementing internal controls, procedures, and operations. Prior to serving as the COO, she worked extensively in the banking industry specifically in the retirement sector, leading a team of administrators with their continued education and managing services for the client experience.
