Joy Fears has been practicing law since 2016 and joined McAnany, Van Cleave, & Phillip’s civil litigation and insurance defense group as an associate in 2022. Before joining MVP Law, Joy defended the civil rights of individuals with disabilities and brings her passion for advocacy to her current practice.
