Alana Gorman Pt, Dpt

Alana Gorman, PT, DPT, has been a Physical Therapist at Sports PT of NY since November 2012, focusing on a diverse patient population, from pediatric orthopedic cases to geriatric rehabilitation, emphasizing patient education and injury prevention. Previous experience includes roles as a Clinic Manager and Assistant Facility Manager at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where Alana worked with patients with acute diagnoses and provided rehabilitation following spinal and joint surgeries. Additional clinical training took place at various healthcare facilities, including Northern Navajo Medical Center and Lakeview Specialty Hospital & Rehabilitation, where Alana treated orthopedic and neurological conditions. Alana holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College.
