Gary Ewers has extensive experience in the field of abuse and security administration, as well as technical support. Gary has worked at MWEB since November 2002, holding roles such as Senior Abuse & Security Administrator, Security & Social Media Coordinator, and Abuse & Security Administrator. In these roles, Gary has been responsible for monitoring abuse mailboxes, prioritizing work, identifying policy contraventions, and liaising with various internal and external parties. Prior to MWEB, Gary worked at Ndizani as an Escalations Agent, providing product-specific technical support to customers. Throughout their career, Gary has demonstrated a strong commitment to ensuring the security and compliance of company policies.
