Erica Robinett

Erica Robinett serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at MWH since November 2023. Previously, Robinett held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Shimmick Construction from January 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the legal department during significant transitions, including Shimmick's acquisition by AECOM. Robinett's experience also encompasses serving as Deputy General Counsel for Civil Construction at AECOM from July 2017 to January 2021, where contributions involved the establishment of Shimmick’s legal framework post-acquisition. Earlier legal experience includes a tenure as Associate/Counsel at Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, LLP, from 1998 to 2016, and as an Associate Attorney at Monteleone & McCrory, LLP, from 1995 to 1997. Robinett earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Art from the University of California, Berkeley.
