Natalia Konarkowska

Natalia Konarkowska has extensive work experience in HR and sales roles. Natalia is currently the Head of People at MX Labs, a position they have held since January 2022. Before that, Natalia was the Owner of Akademia Rozwoju starting from February 2015. In 2019, they worked as an HR Manager at Kodilla until August 2020. Natalia also held the position of HR Business Partner at NeuroSYS sp. z o.o. from July 2016 to January 2017. Prior to that, they worked at STX Next as an HR Business Partner from April 2016 to July 2016 and as an Employer Branding & Recruitment Specialist from April 2015 to April 2016. Natalia's earlier experience includes various roles at Trans.eu - Road Transport System, such as HR Advisor from October 2013 to February 2015, Sales Manager from February 2013 to October 2013, Team Leader from May 2012 to January 2013, and Sales Specialist from March 2011 to April 2012. Natalia started their career at Fotoenergia as a Sales Specialist from March 2008 to February 2011.

Natalia Konarkowska completed their Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2007 to 2012. Natalia also pursued further education by completing a Postgraduate program in Career Counseling and Career Advice at the University of Lodz from 2013 to 2015.
