Jessica Lai

Jessica Lai has been in the industry for over 10 years. Jessica began their career in 2009 as a Sales Analyst at Sophos. In 2011, they moved to Optus as a Business Analyst. In 2014, they joined VT1 as a Customer Experience Designer. In 2015, they joined nbn™ Australia as a User Experience Designer. In 2018, they moved to Macquarie Group as a Service Designer. Finally, in 2019, they joined mx51 as a User Experience Lead, and later as a Senior UX Designer and User Experience Designer.

Jessica Lai has a diverse educational background. Jessica has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Macquarie University, a Master's degree in Business/Commerce from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from UNSW. Jessica also attended Ravenswood School for Girls.
