Phoebe Kershaw

Phoebe Kershaw has been in the product and design industry since 2021, when they began working as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at mx51. Phoebe then moved to Pollinate as a Senior Product Designer, and in 2020 they began working at CHP as a Lead CX Designer and CX Designer. In 2019, they worked at New Business Labs, ANZi as a Strategic Designer, developing ethnographic research and contextual design investigations. From 2016 to 2019, they were employed at Westpac, where they held roles such as a Venture Designer, Business Analyst, and Project Delivery Graduate. In 2015, they worked as a Student Services Officer at Le Cordon Bleu, Australia, and also held roles as a Bartender at The Royal Botanical and Bar Staff at Longueville Hotel. In 2011, they were a Student at Wake Forest University, where they gained experience working in a team environment and developed time management and organization skills.

Phoebe Kershaw attended SCEGGS Darlinghurst from 1998 to 2005, Pymble Ladies' College from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their High School Diploma, and Wake Forest University from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics and International Affairs. In 2016, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance. Phoebe is currently attending the University of Sydney, where they are pursuing their Masters of Strategic Design.
